The publication on herbs and spices is a practical guide for everyone, regardless of age or gender. After all, every one of us suffers from some kind of illness here and there, we all like to snack sometimes, and above all, we often cook. And that can't be done without spices. The author did not want to go far, so she decided to stay in the Czech meadows, woodlands, gardens and balconies and included exclusively "our" plants in the publication. For easier orientation, the guide is arranged alphabetically and is equipped with symbols where this or that medicine can be found or collected. As a bonus, the author adds five of her own personal experiences when nature helped her in the treatment of varicose veins, burns or cleansing the body.
