Compact disc On the edge is the first summary of the surviving compositions of Vladimír Mišík and Etc... from the years 1976-1978, when guitarists worked alongside him and violinist Jan Hrubé in the group Jiří Jelínek and František Francl, bassist Vladimír Padrůněk and drummer Jan Noha. This exceptional line-up of top instrumentalists never got the chance to record an album, but luckily they left behind enough quality recordings, made mainly for radio. At that time, the members of Etc... were strongly inclined towards jazz rock, so in addition to Mišík's blues rock songs, they also had several instrumental compositions in their repertoire. There are thirteen recordings on the CD, eight of which are now being released for the first time.
