Wonderful adventures, hilarious incidents and incredible dangers await an international star cast of three unusual heroes who will try to win a cruel bet in Around the World in 80 Days. Eccentric London researcher Phileas Fogg (Steve Coogan) invented the airplane, electricity and other great discoveries, but the whole world understands him as an outsider. Desperate that no one is taking him seriously, Fogg makes a bet with Lord Kelvin (Jim Broadbent), the director of the Academy of Sciences, that he will circumnavigate the globe in just 80 days. With fellow adventurers Passepartout (Jackie Chan) and femme fatale Monique (Cécile de France), Fogg embarks on a mad flight around the world. On their way, they reach the most exotic corners on earth, sea and in the clouds. The adventurous flight is accompanied by various obstacles and different people played by an all-star cast including Arnold Schwarzenegger, Rob Schneider, Katey Bates and Owen and Luke Wilson.
