As parents, we have an obligation to refine our children's awareness of what is good and what is bad. We teach them to overcome themselves. Sometimes you have to go beyond your feelings and needs and do a good deed. Good deeds are best taught by personal example, but what if there was a picture guide? And so the Encyclopedia of Good Deeds was born, an alphabetical list of several ways to go beyond your own desires and needs and do something good for those around you.
