The photographic publication offers over 200 reproductions of period photographs and postcards with depictions of railway stations and stops on the Western Railway line, which was completed in 1862 and runs from Prague to Brod nad Lesy in Germany. The visual material is sorted according to the direction of the line, i.e. from the Praha-Smíchov station to the final station Brod nad Lesy/Furth im Wald (Bavaria). Secondarily, the images are arranged chronologically. Each picture is accompanied by brief information.
