The selection of essential musical songs is dominated by fresh recordings from the new musical Bonnie & Clyde. The music was written by Frank Wildhorn, author of another well-received musical work, Carmen, with the excellent Lucia Bíla and Noid at her side.
Next to Aida, on the selection represented by the right to live target, a sample from Andrew L. Webber and T. Rice's masterpiece Jesus Christ Superstar, staged by the Karlín Music Theater, is released for the very first time. He has been presenting the production with Kamila Střihavka in the lead role since 2010. Noid performs the role of Judas. However, last year he also tried out the title character and his performance is recorded on this compilation. Tango for Roxane from the musical Moulin Rouge was originally recorded by Noid for his first solo album, and logically, Sting's charming composition cannot be missing here either. The Lady with Camellias by Michal Pavlíček and The Elixir of Life by Ondřej Soukup belong to exceptional musical works belonging to the former excellent musical program of the Ta Fantastika Theatre. As a bonus, the album closes with the live recording Superstar, in which Václav Noid Bárta is accompanied by the Czech Radio Symphony Orchestra under the direction of Mr. Libor Pešek.
