The third book by the gastronomic journalist and TV chef Karolína Kamberská follows on from the previous very successful titles Karolína, domáčícháchka and Štěstí z kúchín, as well as the popular television show about cooking on TV Prima. In this book, entitled Food as a Passion, the author admits with exaggeration that perhaps she attaches too much importance to food, but she considers it very beneficial to take time for food and light a candle in the middle of the table.

In this approach to food, Karolína feels a kinship with the Mediterranean, which is why she sought inspiration for a number of recipes there. In addition, the book offers ideas for entertaining a larger group of friends or a group of small children - in short, anyone with whom the reader wants to share his love of food.

On every page of the book, her belief that food deserves an attention that many other things do not. And that it is not worth wasting time on the Internet or in front of the TV when you can prepare some delicacy for your family and friends, which you can then enjoy together at a beautifully laid table. You don't have to agree with Karolína on everything, but you can be inspired. Her passion for cooking is dangerously contagious.
