A double-sided dictionary of medium range, the Russian-Czech part of which contains about 41,000 Russian expressions and 50,700 Czech equivalents. The Czech-Russian part contains about 52,100 Czech expressions and 64,200 Russian equivalents. About 3,000 new words and many new meanings have been added to the dictionary for this edition. Some equivalents have also been clarified and some obsolete passwords and meanings have been removed. Practical arrangement, choice of words, phraseological richness, elaborate grammatical apparatus, two-sided word book - all this makes the dictionary a suitable tool for both experienced Russian speakers and beginning students. The dictionary is intended for Czech and Russian users.
