JUDr. Janeček was such a lawyer. And because he was not in the habit of hiding anything, his book was included in what we sometimes call "controversial". And some of those who didn't like her first edition felt the same way - maybe because they either recognized each other in the book or are directly mentioned in it. Fortunately, a (perhaps) democratic society is characterized by the fact that it does not try to obfuscate and hide open opinions and statements, but that it respects the public's right to access information and its own opinion. The public declared this right with such interest in this book that it led to its second, supplemented edition - unfortunately already after the author's death. What all happens during the resolution of any case - from the insignificant ones to those that often have a fundamental impact on the life of an individual and society? What are the real relationships between police investigators, lawyers and judges? Are there any pressures from the rich and powerful in the background? What role do the personal interests of politicians, businessmen and mysterious lobbyists play? And how flexible are the paragraphs? These are really burning and painful questions like a blow with an electric baton. From this point of view, the book by JUDr. Janečka an extraordinary source of inspiration...
