Who is affected by this notification?

This notice is intended for our regular customers to all those who have purchased goods from us in the past, used our services or otherwise expressed an interest in becoming our customers and have also provided us with their personal data for these purposes.

GDPR

Starting from 25 May 2018, the protection of personal data of natural persons in the Czech Republic will be governed by new rules. These rules are based on European legislation, specifically Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation"). In addition to the  Regulation, other special regulations for the protection of personal data will apply. In accordance with the requirements of the Regulation, we would like to inform you about what personal data, to what extent and for what purposes we process about you. At the same time, we would like to inform you about your rights under the new Regulation.

Personal data controller

The personal data controller is ŠVD Trading s.r.o., with its registered office at Jaurisova 515/4, Prague 4, IČO: 24817309, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File 174820 (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").

. What personal data do we process and why?

Our company processes personal data that you have provided to us in connection with the purchase or demand of goods and services. These data are, in particular, name, surname, postal and e-mail addresses, telephone numbers, date of birth, ID and VAT number, as well as information about your purchases, use of our services ("personal data").

We process personal data primarily for the purpose of handling your purchase or demand for goods or services, or providing similar performance, for the purpose of subsequent care and improvement of services, providing service, settling complaints, etc. The provision of personal data for these purposes is voluntary, but without their provision we cannot realize your order of goods or services or other performance. The legal basis for such processing of personal data is therefore the performance of a contract.

Your personal data may be transferred to our authorized contractual partners (processors) for the purposes described above, in particular transport companies and an accounting firm. Upon request, we will provide a list of all these contractual partners to whom your personal data is transferred.

At the same time, the obligation to process and store some of your personal data is imposed on us by certain legal regulations (e.g. data retention for accounting and tax purposes, or for the exercise of legal claims). We will process your personal data only for the time strictly necessary, but no longer than 10 years from their provision. We will ensure that throughout the processing and storage period your personal data will be secured against leakage or unauthorized interference and will not be made available to unauthorized persons.

Sending offers of goods, services and other commercial communications

Our company has a legitimate interest, i.e. it is also entitled by law to process your personal data to a reasonable extent for the purpose of sending commercial communications informing about our activities and services. Commercial communications include, in particular, advertising and promotional messages (e.g. information about special offers, discounts, invitation to a trade fair) and sending offers of goods. In order to direct our commercial messages so that they correspond to your interests and preferences, we evaluate data about your purchases of goods for these purposes. For purposes we use your personal data in the scope of name, surname, postal addresses, email addresses and telephone numbers, ID. Commercial communications are sent directly by us. If you do not wish to receive these commercial communications or offers of products and services or to be contacted for this purpose, please inform us via email eshop@zbozivakci.eu .

What else should you know about your rights in relation to personal data protection?

You can object to a specific way of processing your personal data at any time. You can also contact us at any time with a request for information or explanations about the processing of your personal data (especially the scope, category, purpose, nature, recipient and processing time) and request access to them. You have the right to request from us the rectification of incorrect or inaccurate data or, where applicable, their destruction or erasure or restriction of their processing; you have the right to the portability of personal data to the extent stipulated by legal regulations (GDPR). You can exercise these rights free of charge by sending your request or objection, either by letter sent to the address of the administrator or by e-mail delivered to the address eshop@zbozivakci.eu . You have the right to file a complaint or complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz) if you suspect that your data protection rights have been violated.
