Singer, composer and musician Michal David has been among the most popular domestic pop music artists for several decades. He composed countless hits, some of which became prominent parts of popular Czech films. He wrote several musicals, the most famous of which are, for example, Cleopatra, The Three Musketeers and Angelica. He is a multiple winner of the silver and bronze awards in the popularity survey Golden, respectively. Czech nightingale and two-time winner of the Týtý poll. In 2018, he received the State Award for Merit from the President of the Republic.

After the great success of the album My Forgotten Crawlers, Michal David decided to record a second series of slow songs, to which he has a close relationship and which were unfairly overshadowed by his big hits. Among the bonuses this time, he included duets with different female singers. A special place on the album is occupied by the cover version of the song To je naše veča with Iveta Bartošová. There are also two film songs: a duet with Marika Šoposka Spěch from the movie Decibels of Love or Půjdu s tí from the movie Disco story 2.
