What is hidden in the aristocratic walls?

Thirty-five-year-old Vik leaves the big city and goes to the countryside, where he wants to find his lost peace, restore his faith in the meaning of life and maybe even the strength to save his broken marriage. However, the castle, where he is to serve as a castellan and where he is soon to bring his loved ones, takes him by surprise from the first moment. In his diary, he describes how this environment unfolds before him as a place full of ancient dramas and unexpected encounters. The magic of the old walls eventually seeps into the lives of his entire family as playfully as if the white Mrs. Perchta or ghosts from the realm of horror were crawling through them. Will common sense be enough against this, or are there things between heaven and earth that one simply has to put up with? The hero may not find what he's looking for, he probably won't get what he wishes for, and probably nothing will be as he dreamed - but in any case, the vast dwelling of the former nobility will reveal to him facts about which he had not the slightest idea.
