The police receive a video secretly recording a woman outside a window putting on pantyhose. The object she snooped on becomes the victim of a bloody murder the next day. The brutality of the crime leads the investigators to pastor Rocky Kyrklund, who was sentenced nine years ago for brutal murder to psychiatric care. However, the alleged perpetrator did not confess to committing the violence, as he does not remember anything about the event due to the brain damage he suffered in the car accident. While Rocky still resides in a closed ward, another recording is on the way. No one understands what's going on, but Commissioner Margot Silverman is convinced it's a serial killer.

The last part of the series with Joona Linna is released again in an intense performance by Pavel Rímský, whose voice already belongs to the series.
