Secret agent Harry Langman is asked for help in finding the culprits of the mysterious bomb explosions that are shaking London. His brother Drew, a conspiracy expert, is convinced that this is not just "ordinary" terrorism, but part of a large, dangerous plan. Harry tries to infiltrate a chemical corporation producing semtex. But he is exposed during the mission and false information is implanted in his brain, with which he leads his colleagues on a false trail after returning to the intelligence headquarters. Soon Harry is murdered and Drew and agent Karin De Vries try to find out why the brother had to die.
