In the publication Yoga for children - Yoga plays with animals, educators will find 38 thematically comprehensive exercise lessons with elements of children's yoga intended for children of preschool and younger school age. The publication also includes cards with pictures and descriptions of yoga positions. The publication can be used by kindergarten and primary school teachers, teaching assistants, educators and leisure teachers, yoga instructors and sports coaches, as well as parents and health professionals. Individual activities from thematically integrated lessons can be flexibly used not only for leading children's yoga groups or in physical education classes, but it can also be used in other sports and relaxation activities and in other teaching subjects, such as art education, work activities, reading, drama education and other.
