The authors describe some of the essential educational problems manifested in the contemporary family and especially in the school environment. They mainly focus on specific stories and situations in the school environment. In theory, which complements practical solutions, they list the most common causes caused by development and family. They point to the complexity of the situation when the school does not have enough information about the child's development and the parents do not have enough information about what is happening at school. The text therefore deals with traumas and their consequences, as well as upbringing, as a result of which the child's behavior is similar to that of a personality disorder.

The material for writing the text is the result of many years of cooperation with schools in the Czech Republic, which consulted their pupils' problems with experts, were willing to listen to recommendations and achieved solutions to individual cases. Therefore, the book has the ambition to serve as an inspiration to workers of all professions who are looking for solutions to conflict situations with children and youth without force elements and unnecessary sanctions.
