The book is half a cookbook with recipes and half a practical guide on how to feed dogs with natural food.

In the book, in addition to interesting and tasty recipes for your (not only four-legged) friends, you will find more than 150 photos, tables of nutritional values ​​of foods, basic information about feeding dogs with fresh food, detailed descriptions of the individual components of dog food, information on what each type of raw material contains and what they have effect on your four-legged friend, which ingredients to watch out for, which to avoid, myths about feeding dogs raw meat and other advice.

The author of the book has been actively involved in canistherapy, i.e. the use of dogs in the therapeutic process, for more than 17 years. She is the chairperson of the Dog and Human association. With all her dogs, she passed the therapy dog ​​character tests, all her dogs were or are therapists, and she fed or is feeding all her dogs fresh food.
