The cookbook compiled from recipes from the magazine Prima Fresh brings recipes for short, dark winter days, when there is so much time to cook more complex dishes that warm and delight the stomach and senses with their full flavor. Cook hearty soups with us, such as roasted cauliflower curry soup or Nordic fish soup, varied appetizers and appetizers, interesting main dishes of meat, poultry and fish, even vegetarian dishes such as chili con pumpkin. Germknödel, which we love to taste during ski trips to the Alps, is also among the main dishes. And at the end of the menu, a sweet spot: how about a hazelnut cake with an orange? One of the highlights of the winter season is Christmas, to which we dedicate a separate chapter
