The story based on the film of the same name by Jan Svěrák tells about a plush toy. About a teddy bear named Kuky who experiences something no teddy bear has ever experienced. Kuky is little Ondra's favorite toy. However, his mother throws his stuffed animal in the trash because it sheds wood wool, and that's not good for Ondra's asthma. Before going to sleep, Ondra imagines how Kuky is trying to get home from the landfill, how he meets strange creatures in the forest that live under the roots of trees and drive around in very strange vehicles. No cuddling is cultivated in this wilderness, so Kuky is left alone for everything. He must take reason into his plush fist, learn to overcome fear, make friends and understand the wisdom of the forest. Then he might be able to find his way home, and maybe even become a hero.
