Lutein and Zeaxanthin are carotenoids that occur naturally in the macular pigment in the yellow spot in the eyes. The macula is responsible for sharp vision. Lutein and Zeaxanthin protect the retina from light damage. With increasing age, the concentration of Lutein and Zeaxanthin gradually decreases. Since our body cannot synthesize carotenoids, we must take in sufficient amounts in our diet.

Active substances:

Ingredients: Calendula officinalis stand. flower extract (content of Lutein 5% and Zeaxanthin 0.4%), vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), microcrystalline cellulose (filler), magnesium stearate (filler), vegetarian capsule

Recommended dosage: 1 capsule per day. Maximum effects are achieved with long-term use.

Storage: Store in a dry place at room temperature. Do not store in direct sunlight or in the cold.

Warning: Dietary supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Not suitable for children under three years of age, pregnant and nursing mothers. Store out of reach of children! It does not replace a varied and balanced diet.
