Advancing gray hairs and creative pressure command me to share my years-accumulated, experience-refined wisdom with the third, updated edition of my immortal booklet. I am convinced that the resulting piece will rightfully take pride of place on your bedside table - of course next to the Bible, the breviary, the Catechism of the Catholic Church and the latest edition of the Catholic Weekly. In the words of Saint Paul: “Therefore, my brothers, rejoice in the Lord. It is not a burden for me to keep writing the same thing to you and it will be a support for you" (Philippians 3:1).
