Conspiracy political thriller Death List is the first work of Jack Carr, a former US Navy sniper. Navy SEAL Lieutenant James Reece was ambushed on one of the secret missions with his team and was the only survivor of the attack. After returning home, he is filled with conflicting memories and questions about how something like this could have happened. However, when he discovers that the death of the members of his team was not caused by the enemy, but that the highest levels of power are responsible for it - i.e. the same people who sent him into battle - he, all alone, without support and background, embarks on a merciless revenge... Based on the book, a TV series is planned with Chris Pratt in the lead role.
