In twelve fairy tales, supplemented by the author's illustrations, exciting – and sometimes pretty scary – adventures of animals, boys, girls and various creatures await the reader. Children will watch their extraordinary stories with excitement, they will be delighted with the brave Sungoráček, they will be afraid of the little deer king, they will be frightened by a bat and a vampire, they will be frightened by ghosts and a mysterious figure, they will meet knights and countesses, they will cheer at a hockey game, they will fly by plane and they will travel through time... In each story, as is usual in Helena Nosková's fairy tales, one of the three miraculous beings appears again - unexpectedly and at the moment when her help is most needed.
