The final part of the tetralogy about one of the most famous epochs of Czech history, about the time of the great Přemysl kings, begins with anarchy after the death of Přemysl II. Otakar, continues with the reign of King Wenceslas II. and ends with the murder of his son Wenceslas III. King Wenceslas II he was an extremely interesting personality, perhaps a little underappreciated in history. It was during his reign that the estate state model was created with a precise division of responsibilities between the monarch and the nobility. He himself was, of course, an artist at heart, an excellent poet, but also a man known for his erotic passion. His time is the time when the face of medieval Bohemia took shape. As in the previous works, the plot of the novel takes place in a wide area of ​​the whole of Christian Europe and binds members of the Přemyslov family and important personalities of the time.
