We present to you a popular set of textbooks and workbooks created in accordance with RVP ZV. Together with Slabikař, we have also prepared the living alphabet for you in an interactive form. For teaching reading and writing, we recommend aids: demonstration cubes with letters and a folding alphabet. The syllabary continues the work with the Living Alphabet. Various tasks support the development of the senses needed for reading, and the actual teaching of reading continues by learning other letters and reading words of varying difficulty compiled into a methodological series. Words are combined into sentences, sentences into reasonably long texts. The syllabary contains the basic curriculum and elements of the supplementary curriculum (exercises marked with an asterisk, reading rhymes, searching for additional information on the text). Texts and individual exercises help develop vocabulary, speech and pronunciation, communication, help develop reading comprehension, imagination, development of interpersonal relationships and relationship with nature. Elements of critical thinking (what we already know about the given topic), global reading (an unknown word is supported by a picture) or project teaching (some pages are thematically connected, supported by supplementing with cross-subject relationships) are also applied in the Syllabary. Individual activities enable the involvement of all pupils in the teaching. The syllabary is finished with a literary section, where children can use everything they have learned during the whole school year, it is a motivation to read the first books independently. NNS190
