The widowed 60-year-old Marie, who lives in a rented house and earns extra money by babysitting, marries her adult daughter Róza. The moment he wishes her good luck after the ceremony, she feels she has lost her for good. Retirement age, lack of money and the feeling that she is becoming invisible forces her to look for ways to take herself seriously again. Róza prepares for her own role as a mother and at the same time discovers that we only understand our loved ones when we start talking about them.
