From January 2021, almost the entire current regulation of business corporations will change - from common provisions to individual types of business companies (public company, limited partnership, limited liability company, joint-stock company) to cooperatives, which changed already in July 2020 Some changes only clarify existing rules, but some bring completely new content (profit distribution, payment of advances, status of partners, statutory bodies, strengthening of transparency). In addition to the Act on Business Corporations, the Act on European Companies and the Act on Transformations of Business Companies and Cooperatives are also being amended. All changes are highlighted in bold, the ZOK register was also updated. The publication contains the current wording of ten other regulations – takeover bids, European company, transparency of joint stock companies and others.
