A television series about unsolved murders is a success, its producer Laurie gets the chance to investigate another mysterious crime. In the case of the death of the student Susan, there are too many suspects and not one of them seems to be telling the truth. The search unsettles the killer: he tries to eliminate the witnesses and kidnaps Lauria to get rid of her in the same place as Susan once was.
