The new double-sided dictionary processes a total of about 25,000 expressions from various areas of everyday life. It selects words that form the core of the spoken language from the current literary vocabulary, while including interjections, particles and adverbs to a greater extent than other dictionaries. To clarify individual meanings, it offers a rich selection of fixed phrases, phraseology and lively sentences. It emphasizes the terms that give users the biggest problems in practice. It clearly processes the password, including the grammatical apparatus, puts them into context in word combinations or in lively sentences and offers adequate translation equivalents.
The dictionary is intended for the general public, both Czech and Russian, for high school and university students and for all those interested who are trying to master the sphere of commonly spoken language with a certain amount of systematicity.
