There is a resort in the Scottish Highlands where you can celebrate Christmas all year round. The decoration is in charge of art course lecturer Holliday, who also lives there and simply loves Christmas. But the owner decides to sell the dilapidated premises.
Damon, who has the worst memories of the resort, takes a serious interest and therefore wants to turn it into a modern hotel.
Holliday sees through his plans and tries to make his stay unpleasant at first. When he fails, he works with his colleagues and friends to do everything to make Damon love the resort as it is.
