The fifth volume of the book We cook according to Herbář symbolically closes the series of culinary bestsellers from Czech herbs. In it, Kateřina Winterová presents other delicacies from the program Herbář, which she discovered in the archives and obtained from witnesses or interesting bloggers, and which she invented herself while processing the harvest. She tried out ancient recipes based on the harvest from the field or garden, prepared Shrove and Easter dishes, baked ceremonial breads and Christmas cookies, also gluten-free pastries and various types of bread, mixed spice mixtures, canned, made syrups, fruit wines and liqueurs, pickled and dried gifts nature collected and cultivated. She invited interesting guests to collaborate. We will also take a look at organic gardening and learn why to choose original Czech varieties. Of course, there is also a herbarium with more than 30 other herbs and crops. All those who cook according to the Herbarium will certainly appreciate the indexes of dishes from the four previous books.
