The first new cookbook of 2023 is the book Ground meat. The new item from the Apetit edition is dedicated to the versatile use of one of the most popular ingredients - minced meat.

We've added practical tips on how to make the perfect meatballs or meatloaf to your taste, as well as a chapter where we advise you to reduce your meat consumption and replace some with vegetables, legumes or mushrooms. We honestly fine-tuned the recipes in the editorial kitchen of Apetit, cooked, tasted and modified several recipes and tried them again. This is to make sure that nothing goes wrong in your kitchen.
